Education for Ministry 2026-2027

If you are seeking practical ways to put your faith into action while deepening your knowledge of scripture, church history, and theology, Education for Ministry (EfM) may be a great fit for you! Through weekly seminar meetings and a new multimedia curriculum, EfM helps us understand how we are called into relationship with God, neighbor, and creation wherever we are – at home, at work, and in all the places we spend time.
This 2026-2027 academic year, EfM mentors Frances Christian, Susan Standbrook, and Marlayna Maynard will facilitate the seminars that meet weekly. Two seminar groups will meet at the Cathedral, one from 9:00-11:30 AM on Wednesdays and another from 6:15-8:30 PM on Wednesdays. Participation is limited to 12 per seminar group. The morning seminar is on site at the Cathedral. The evening seminar is a hybrid, meaning that you can choose whether to participate in person at the Cathedral or via Zoom.
