Youth Information Form 2010-11:  We want to know about you!


Permissions & Registration Form:  For parents to print, sign and returned to Monica Urness, Christ Church Cathedral, 900 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203.


Volunteer Form: Calling all interested adults! Please fill this out and/or contact us if you would like to become a Youth Volunteer: teach, chaperone, drive on a service project, lead Bible study,  provide food for events-- the possibilities are endless!  

Summer Missions 2011:  Urban Mission Registration (rising grades 8th & 9th).  St. Luke's (rising 6th and 7th graders).    Bolivia (current 11th graders. Registration closed at the moment.)
